Ubiquitous Funnies #15 is the first issue I have seen from Moot Comics but judging from their catalog, they have over 30 comics available including almost two dozen more issues of Ubiquitous Funnies.

The art is absolutly fantastic - Brian Kirk, the artist, hits all the right points with me - fun looking characters, nice black and white contrasting, and a mastery of expressions to meet any circumstance.

The only problem with this particular issue is the story.  The seven pages of story feel rather crammed - Brian would have benifited from expanding the issue or conituing it into the next issue.

The story consists of one "Asinine Head" staying in a hotel while his home is fumigated and the trouble he gets into with the hotel manager.  I would have liked the conflict between the two men to have been drawn out a little longer for the sake of humor but there are still enough jokes packed into the story to make it well worth the cost.
